Viking Art

The Vikings are famous for their violent raids on Anglo Saxon monasteries, incredible shipbuilding skills and general brutality. Less famous, perhaps, for their artistic talents. Andrew Graham-Dixon explores the intricate artistic splendour of Viking art.

Shot using a C300 in 25p with a selection of Zeiss CP super speed lenses and Canon L series zooms. The church was lit to give a naturalistic look using Kino Flo's and LED light panels.
