Paul Hollywood Citybakes Cape Town

Cape Town

Paul Hollywood explores the baking of arguably the world's most stunning city. Cape Town is famed for both its baking and its braai! Resting under the imposing Table Mountain, in the episode Paul finds communities who cherish baking as much as he does.

All sequences were cross shot using two cameras. Working as series DOP I worked closely with the Series Producer and Directors to help create the style of the series. I also operated A camera with a second cameraman operating B camera. Using two cameras helped with flexibility, continuity and saved us valuable time on shoots.

This series was shot in log using Sony F5 cameras and an A7S mark II.

Our lens package consisted of Canon CN7’s cine lenses, Canon L series prime and zoom lenses and Zeiss CP2 prime lenses.
